California, Kylie Jenner was paparazzied
in hotpants and stiletto boots. The 17-year-old had just returned
from a mother-daughter bonding trip to San Diego with Kris Jenner and was most
likely restocking the family pant.
For a 17year old, I would say she really learning and trying hard to be like her elder sister, Kim Kardashian.
