see, its no joke, the things people can do for love, some have killed for love, some have died for love, some have made the wrong moves for love, and some have taken blood oath for love… now I ask you, how far can you go to show that you are in love and in wanna stay in love…
Can you take an oath because of love? Can you cut yourself and merge your blood together with the person that you are in love with and then suck it and say things over the ritual, sealing it with some calabash or some material that would be destroyed and never to be retrieved again….?
Cus, guys look, its not a joke when a say that I have been made to now believe that there are still some educated, well travelled man and woman who still go to the extent to prove their undying love for their heartthrob by taking a blood oath… and it makes me wonder, is blood covenant an expression of true love???? What is even too far when it comes to love?

Unfortunately most people might think this practice must
have gone into extinction but I must say it may come as a surprise to some of you
that some of our young and energetic men and women still engage in this
barbaric practice.
Read a true life story i heard
I will tell you that I
heard about a month ago, about a guy at Aba who met a girl at Abia
polytechnic they got talking for weeks and it got to the point that the girl had to visit the guy at home, but
yes, the house wasn't really his; he was just basically impersonating his cousin
one bedroom. Anyways
When the girl arrived, a very young pretty girl about 5'5
tall with a low cut dressed tank top and sexy low waist jean. Very pretty
little girl b/w the ages of 20and 22.
This said guy, introduced her to his cousin, that is the
owner of the house, and you know, as a very sharp guy, he left the room for
both of them.
Now, he tried to set the mood right by slotting in a porno
movie for her to get aroused. And this guy was already left with just his
boxers and the girl was on the bed clothes still intact but her hair messed up.
After much struggle and the girl resisting… so he was wondering why, she came
visiting with all of her enticing outfit, sending all the right signals but yet
not cooperating…not after flirting with him for
two weeks and just when he was about to get down, she is saying no… why?
She then disclosed to him that she had done a blood oath
with her first love, who she is still trying get away from but they did the
oath in such a way that they spilled the blood on a padlock, then locked it up
and throw the key to the padlock and the padlock itself away, so if any of them
sleeps with any other person, they will run mad and die… she was very open
about her disappointment in herself and she claims she is frustrated. She claimed
that she wants to be in a new relationship but the blood oath she has taken has
always hunted her and she claims to be tired of the guy she was in the covenant
with, and that the distance between them is even making matters worse because
he is in jigawa…
Now im kinda of wondering, fine, you would probably say that
its bad for single, unmarried couple to take an oath because you are not sure
of what would happen in the future, now cant we say that if this oath actually
can make a woman/man go mad, if ever they sleep or stay with someone else, then
shouldn’t married couple do this in order to curb cheating or infedility…?
Cant this actually
help atleast you are married, so this can make a couple say married? What do
you think?
Apart from that, how far can you go to prove your love for
someone that you love?
