40 year old actress Gabrielle Union was featured in People Magazine 100 Most Beautiful Women in the World issue and when asked how stays and looks young, she replied:
"I started drinking a gallon of water a day in my mid-thirties. It changed everything from weight maintenance, to hair, skin, nails and digestion. Plus, I stay younger by dating younger. Dip into the kiddie pool, ladies! It worked for me!
Gabrielle is dating NBA star, Dwayne Wade, who is 9 years her junior.
Some lady said " am married to a very correct younger bloke. 1 year difference . I am enjoying it big time, he is too hot down below and all; I dress younger and feel young. Don't do older guys cos don't want to keep hearing in the good old days.... My ideal was 2 years younger to 2 years older. I respect him and take good care of him and our kids and I also work ... We are a team and it works well for us"
