So Investigation to that point had revealed that Ronald had jumped from the top of a ten story building with the intent to commit suicide plus that He left a note indicating his hopelessness, sadness and misery.
Now as Ronald was falling, passing the 9th floor on the way down, his life was interrupted by a shotgun blast through a window, killing him instantly.
The amazing thing that happened was that neither the shooter nor Ronald was aware that a safety net had been erected at the 8th floor level to protect some window washers, and so even if Ronald had wanted to commit suicide, he would not have been able to complete his intent to commit suicide because of this safety net that was erected on the 8th floor.
But Further investigation led to the discovery that the room on the 9th floor from whence the shotgun blast came from, was occupied by a middle aged man and his wife. He was threatening her with the shotgun because of an interspousal argument and he became so upset that he could not hold the shotgun straight so much so that when he pulled the trigger, he completely missed his wife, and the bullets went through the window, striking the Ronald who was hanging on the net protecting the window.
Though Ronald, wanted most to commit suicide, his
intent was interrupted by the net of the window.. he could still would have
wanted to live being saved by that but then a bullet from an ANGRY spouse cut
that hope totally away from Ronald by putting a finishing touch to his suicide
mission…
Yet another further investigation turned up with a witness revealing that their 19years old son was seen loading the shotgun approximately six weeks prior to the fatal accident. The investigation showed that the boy’s mother had cut off her son's financial support, and her son, knowing the tendency of his father to use the shotgun to threaten his mother, he decided to load the gun with the expectation that the father would shoot his mother for real. So the case now becomes one of a murder on the part of the son for the death of Ronald.
Now this is the height of the whole matter, More investigation was conducted revealing that the son became increasingly hopeless and miserable over the failure of his attempt to get his mother murdered by his father and that led him to jump off the ten story building on March 23, only to be killed by a shotgun blast through a 9th story window…
If you followed the story carefully, Ronald’s suicide mission was cut short by the help of a window net, he could have being alive till now but then he died by the hands of his father who didn’t know that his gun was loaded cus usually its not..he only uses it to threaten his wife when they argue… so would you go with the medical examiner’s conclusion that says its still a case of suicide because the gun was loaded by Ronald or would you say it’s a case of manslaughter on the part of the father?
