Three Year Old Child Sues T.B Joshua, Others For Death Of Father

Apparently its going down as a three  and six year old children are currently suing T.B Joshua for the death of tneir father. In the year 2014 , there was a collapse of a 6 storey building within the premises of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), which killed over a hundred people mostly foreigners, now two South Africans minors, Bulungu Malaika Wa Kalambaie (3years) and Nora Furah Wa Kalambaie (6 years) have approached a Lagos High Court, Igbosere asking the court for an order directing Pastor Temitope Joshua to pay them the sum of R 8,772,000.00 ( eight million, seven hundred and seventy two South Africa Rand), as cost and damages for the death of their father.


Specifically, the claimants' mother, Amina Busseh Bashi, a citizen of Democratic Republic of Congo, through their lawyer, Bolaji Ayorinde SAN, asked the court to order Pastor Joshua, the Registered Trustees Synagogue Church Of All Nations, Jadny Trust Limited, Hardrock Construction and Engineering Company, Oladele Ogundeji and Akinbela Fatiregun to pay the sum of R10,000,000.00 (ten million) as damages for loss of earnings and support they have missed due to the death of their father.

 They claim that their father died due to the negligent acts of the church and Pastor Joshua.

They are also asking the court to direct the defendants to pay the claimants the sum of N30 million, being the legal cost and solicitors fee incurred by the claimants in prosecuting the action.

Also sued are: Lagos State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice and Lagos state Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development. 



The claimants are asking the court for an order, declaring that Pastor Temitope Joshua and his church, SCOAN, were negligent in their duties in failing to ensure that lives and properties of persons that come within their domain are safe and secure, and are consequently bound to bear their cost of living from September 12, 2014 to September 11, 2049 when the deceased husband was meant to reach the age of 70 and would naturally be unable to financially cater for them.

The defendants in the suit are yet to file any processes in court and the matter has not been assigned to any Judge. 

The registered Trustees of SCOAN, Jadny Trust Limited, Hardrock Construction and Engineering Company, Oladele Ogundeji and Akinbela Fatiregun are already currently facing charges of involuntary manslaughter before an Ikeja High Court.
