Forrmer Governor of  Akwa Ibom State, Goodwill Akpabio has been named as the central sure in the vehicle scam that led to the detention of Deputy National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party Prince Uche Secondus.
Secondus remains in detention struggling to make bail after agents of the People’s Democratic Party found out that a portion of oil proceeds was used to buy 23 luxury vehicles for party leaders and officials including a former junior minister of defense, Musiliu Obanikoro.
